3 HOUR SESSIONS

Physical, mental and law enforcement skill development

Not just squats and bicep curls; this is a work-out classroom! Physical and mental activity; you’ve never been exposed to before. Learn to move with purpose, during 3 hours of physical activity + law enforcement education.

PAX TRAINING

  • Is open to anyone; individuals, corporations, teams and, general groups

  • Is open to all levels of fitness and abilities

  • Is capped @ 50 people with a reserve list

TRAINING CONTENT

  • Physical Activity & Fitness

MINIMUM PARTICIPANT CLOTHING & EQUIPMENT

  • 1 x set active wear / running wear (suitable to get knocked around)

  • 1 x set of spare active wear clothing / casual clothing

  • 1 x running shoes

  • Towel + drink bottle

Get in touch with the Pax Team regarding what to bring, if you're unsure. Lacking the appropriate clothing or equipment may result in participation being refused. All jewellery and valuables will need to be removed during training.
