I had previously contested, requiring Proof of Claim, a fine for 8 km over the limit. I sent a Notice of Conditional Acceptance, Notice of Default and Notice of Irrevocable Estoppel - which they ignored. Then it goes to SPER (Qld) and license suspension and then cancellation follows - and then a further fine and court summons for driving unlicensed. It is a matrix. I went to court four times - it is all lies, theatre and simply a banking operation. It was good experience to view first-hand the totally corrupt 'justice' system. Then recently,  I got a camera (yellow box on the roadside with an overhead camera) fine for incorrect wearing of seatbelt. Fine of $1251 and 4 demerit points. I contacted Steve who drafted letters to send to the claimant. Initially the QRO refused to withdraw the fine, then they withdrew. A good result thanks to Steve (who is a good guy to talk to) and the Pax Team who very competently use legislation back on the claimant.

To anyone hesitating  to  use the PAX team ! Don’t I was skeptical with paying upfront  , but had no need to be !I submitted the  fine via their website so simple to lodge and in no time Steve was onto it he called me and went through the process , downloaded the letter he provided and sent  it in .The result ? Fine dismissed  all points retained nothing recorded .

I had been contesting 2 separate speeding charges as the living man, based on no consent to corporate fiction and no contract. I made about 6 court appearances and had magistrates leave the court room, but I never won. After the last unsuccessful charge defence, I ended up out of points and took the golden point option.  I received another offence in person by 2 policy officers.  I engaged the Pax team.  They showed me how to defend the charge based on process and procedure. I used the PAX team for a complex fine and loss of license situation.  As former police officers, these guys know their stuff. The team got me a positive outcome that i could not have got myself. And as a result I now have a better understanding how to use the laws to empower myself. I also attended a law enforcement workshop which was fun, very informative, a reality check and very thought provoking - this is for the everyday person and I think everyone should arm themselves with this knowledge.
